Do I need a quote ?

most of the time we can give a quote over the phone ,if anything has been added on we can discuss it there for additional costs

Are you Quallified and trained ?

Yes im a fully qualified plumber with over 20 years in both commercial and domestic plumbing ,I have learned my other skills over the years from other tradesmen etc

Are you insured ?

Yes im insured upto £2 million and can provide my documents if needed

How do I pay for the work completed ?

you can pay cash or card ,We dont accept personal checks unfortunately

Will I have to wait in all day for a call ?

We will always call you well in advance to let you know any revised estimated arrival time and when we are on our way.

Will i be charged for a Quote?

NO wee provide all quotes free of charge

Any tips for making the most of my bookings ?

It is often helpful if you can provide a photo of the job you need doing in order to help us assess the time it will take and what tools and materials will be required.

Do I have to provide my own materials ?

At the moment yes ,i just dont have the time just now exceptions can be made for the elderly dpending on what it is .

Do you carry the right tools?

i supply my own tools for each job and fixings

How quickly can you come to do the job ?

I am striving to do a same day service if not i usually can come out within the next 24 hrs
